Furniture with Marble



Marble is turning up more and more often in combination with furniture, e.g. in the kitchen surface, in wash basins, bathrooms, or coffee tables.

The LGA is able to test this high quality and aesthetic material for its characteristics and surface according to the newest state-of-the-art technology (e.g. RAL-RG430) in our furniture testing institute.

Important characteristics are resistance to stains, scratch marks and cigarette ash, dry and humid air, as well as being shock resistant. Objective and certified statements about these characteristics foster acceptance in the consumer accentuate the advantages of use and help write product information.

Apart from that there is the possibility of carrying out further mechanical and safety tests on the entire piece of furniture.
